Week 8
Sculpture with Breda Marron
On Friday 21st of November, we will be creating Willow Sculpture’s with Artist and Horticulturalist, Breda Marron.
Group B will have class with Clodagh from 9am to 11am. We will all be meeting outside A block at 11am.
Prepare for the elements!
“FRIDAY will start cloudy and still reasonably mild with some rain or drizzle. Brighter and noticeably cooler, fresher weather with scattered showers will become established as the day progresses. Temperatures initially up to 10 or 11 degrees will drop back into singles figures as a strong northerly wind develops throughout the afternoon and evening.”

It would be a good idea to wear warm, comfy clothes andfootwear that can tolerate some mud. A hat gloves would be good!
Camera Swap-Over
Stephen has arranged for some students to swap camera’s on Friday. Students with camera’s will take some photo’s of (what I’m sure will be) our sculpture masterpieces! After our session we can pop up to E202, you can save your photo’s and pass the camera on to the next student for the weekend.
The Blood Bank
The Blood Bank is also on campus on Friday at A057 between 11am and 3pm. “If you intend donating can you make sure to have a good breakfast in the morning and drink at least three glasses of water before you arrive. Your generosity could save someone’s life.”
